# جهاز عميل ggRock عالق في الإقلاع "لم يتم تلقي عروض DHCP أو proxyDHCP"

### **المشكلة**

يظهر الخطأ التالي عند بدء التشغيل:

PXE-E51: لم يتم استقبال عروض DHCP أو proxyDHCP.

### **الحل 1**

تظهر المشكلة على جهاز حاسوب واحد

1. أطفئ الجهاز.
2. حاول بدء التشغيل مجددًا.

### **الحل 2**

تظهر المشكلة على أجهزة حاسوب متعددة

1. أعد تشغيل المبدّل/الموجّه/الخادم الذي يعمل كخادم DHCP.
2. حاول بدء التشغيل مجددًا.
