# إرسال رسالة إلى الراعين

هذا المقال يوضح الخطوات المطلوبة لإرسال رسالة إلى زوار مركزك.

## الحل 1

استخدم وظيفة "**Player Notifications**" التي ترسل رسالة غير مزعجة إلى الزوار.

هذه الرسالة، بطبيعتها، لن تكون مرئية حتى ينتهي جلسة اللعب ويكون الزائر قد نقر على أيقونة جرس الإخطارات في واجهة عميل ggLeap.

لإدارة وإنشاء إخطارات اللاعبين، انتقل إلى Webadmin > Settings > Player Notifications.

## الحل 2

نفّذ تطبيق عميل مخصص لإرسال إخطارات إلى الزوار. سيؤدي هذا إلى ظهور صندوق رسالة على شاشة أي أجهزة يتم إرسال الأمر إليها.

**ملاحظة:**

هذا النوع من الرسائل مزعج وسيقاطع جلسة اللعب، لذا من المهم استخدام هذا الخيار بحذر وفقاً لتقديرك.

1. انتقل إلى **Settings** > **Client** **Configuration** > **Advanced**.

2. في قسم "**Client applications**"، انقر على زر "**Add new application**".

3. في حقول "**Name**" و"**Path**" و"**Parameters**"، أدخل المعلومات التالية، ثم انقر على زر "**Save**".

4. من علامة التبويب "**Dashboard**"، انقر على أي جهاز، ثم انتقل إلى **Advanced** > **Launch** **remote** **application**.

5. من نافذة "**Launch** **remote** **application**"، حدد خيار "**Other**" للراديو بخصوص "**Application** **type**"، ثم حدد تطبيق **Client application** الذي أنشأته مؤخراً من القائمة، ثم انقر على زر "**Confirm**" لإرسال الرسالة.

**ملاحظة:**

يمكنك تخصيص نص الرسالة باستبدال **YOUR MESSAGE HERE** بالنص المطلوب.

6. لاحظ صندوق الحوار المنبثق "**HTML** **Application**" على الأجهزة التي تم استهدافها بالرسالة.

## معلومات إضافية:

أفاد بعض العملاء عن القدرة على إرسال إخطارات سمعية من النص إلى الكلام عبر سماعات رأس اللاعبين، لكن يجب الإشارة إلى أن النتائج قد تختلف ويمكن ألا يعمل هذا معك حسب إعدادك.

خيار آخر هو استخدام PowerShell لإرسال صندوق رسالة إلى كل جهاز:
