ggRock Fix BSOD on Reboot or Shutdown
For customers experiencing a blue screen of death (BSOD) on restart or shutdown of their system.
- Boot or reboot a PC to your latest system image snapshot
- In ggRock enable Keep Writebackafter the PC reaches the ggLeap login. (Optional)
- In ggLeap enable Admin Mode on the PC.
- Run Command Prompt as an Administrator
- Enter the following command and press enter after entered
- ```
reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power /v PlatformAoAcOverride /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
3. Shut down PC
4. In ggRock **Apply Writeback** to save a new snapshot
5. Reboot several available PCs to confirm the latest snapshot does not experience the BSOD issue.
