# 🌐Accessing the ggLeap Web Admin

Whether you’re rolling out new game builds or troubleshooting user profiles, the ggLeap web admin is your go-to for management. Follow the steps below to log in smoothly—and some quick fixes if things go sideways.

### 🖥️ Prerequisites

* A Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, etc.)
* Valid ggLeap admin credentials
* Stable internet connection

### 🚀 Quick-Start Steps

1. **Launch your browser**  
   Open your preferred Chromium-based browser.
2. **Go to the URL**  
   Enter [**https://admin.ggleap.com**](https://admin.ggleap.com) in the address bar and press **Enter**.
3. **Log in**  
   Enter your username and password, then click **Sign In**.

### 🔧 Troubleshooting

#### Page won’t load or you can’t log in

* **Clear cache & cookies**

* *Chrome*: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
* *Edge*: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data
* **Disable extensions**  
  Temporarily turn off any ad-blockers or privacy extensions.
* **Try another browser**  
  Switch to a different Chromium-based browser if needed.

#### Login errors or credential issues

* Double-check your username for typos (email vs. username).
* Verify your password with your admin or IT team.
