# Employee Account

## Account

Manage your personal webadmin profile and security settings in **Settings** ▶ **Account**.

**Username & Avatar**  
Your current employee username and role badge are shown at the top. Click **Change personal details** to update your display name or avatar.

**Email**  
Your login email is displayed under **Current email**. Click **Change email** to send a confirmation link and update the address where you receive system notifications.

**Security**

* **Password**  
  Shows the date when your password was last changed. Click **Change password** to rotate your login credentials.
* **Two-factor authentication**  
  Add an extra layer of protection by enabling TOTP-based two-step verification. Click **Configure** to scan a QR code with your authenticator app and require a 2FA code at each sign-in.

> **Tip:** For maximum security, use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA to protect your account against unauthorized access.
