Activity Tracker Filters Overview

The Activity Tracker in ggLeap helps you easily review and monitor events across your center. With its powerful filter options, you can pinpoint specific activities, users, and system events with precision.



🔍 Activity Tracker Filters


Filters help you narrow down the data to focus only on what matters to you. You can filter by:


  • Date and time range
  • Employee
  • User
  • Computer
  • Specific actions/events
  • And more...


With these flexible filtering options, it's easy to zero in on the exact activity you're looking for.


To open the filter panel, click the expand button in the Activity Tracker interface.




🎯 Available Filter Categories


1. Date & Time


  • Start Date / Start Time
  • End Date / End Time


These filters allow you to define a custom range to view only the events that occurred within a specific period.



2. Category


Filter events by type of offer or product. Default categories include:


  • Offers
  • Snacks
  • Prizes
  • Tournament Tickets


Note:You can create and assign additional custom categories, which will then appear in the dropdown menu.



3. Employee


Use this filter to view all actions taken by specific employees during their shifts. Multiple employees can be selected.



4. User


Track user activity such as:


  • Logins / Logouts
  • Purchases
  • Devices used


You can filter for multiple users at once.



5. Computer


View all actions taken on a specific PC, including:


  • Application launches
  • Logins/logouts
  • Troubleshooting PC issues
  • Time usage and more



⚙️ Additional Filters & Event Types


Below is a list of specific event types you can filter for:


Event Type

Description

Added Balance

Money was added to a user account.

Added Offer

Offer was added to a user account.

Added Time

Legacy time was added to an account.

Admin Mode

PC was switched to Admin Mode and by whom.

Approved Agreement

GDPR agreement approved by a parent/guardian.

Changed Guest Session Time

Guest session time was modified by an employee.

Client Order Cancelled

A client order was canceled.

Client Order Completed

Order completed with a transaction link.

Client Order Placed

User placed an order via the interface.

Closed Application

Application closed by a user (includes name).

Created Device

A console device was created.

Created User

A user was created by an employee.

Deleted Employee/User/Device/Agreement

Corresponding item was removed.

Edited User

A user’s details were modified.

Ended Shift / Started Shift

Employee clocked out or in.

Failed Login / Remote Login

Login attempt failed either locally or remotely.

Finalized Guest Session

Guest session completed by an employee.

Guest Logged In/Out

Guest accessed or exited a PC.

High School Events

Track creation, deletion, updates, and verifications.

Launched Application

View what and when an app was opened.

Logged In/Out (Local/Remote)

User session events (local or via web admin).

Machine State Updated

Includes states like shutdown, restart, etc.

Membership Purchased

Membership changes made by user.

Notification Read

When an employee reads a system notification.

Password Reset

Performed by an employee for a user.

Post-pay Order Paid

Completion of a post-pay order.

Refund Performed

Refund issued to a user.

Remote Access

Remote control activity (e.g., TeamViewer).

Removed Offer

Offer removed and possible refund given.

Renamed Machine

PC name updated via web admin.

Restart / Shutdown Computer

PC restarted or shut down remotely.

Sale Cancelled / Performed

Sale activity including completion or cancellation.

Spent Coins

User redeemed a prize.

Stripe Membership (Purchased or Renewed)

Stripe-based subscription transactions.

Submitted Agreement

GDPR agreement submitted.

Updated Device / PC Console Group

Console or PC group information was changed.



📥 CSV Download


Need to analyze the data externally or keep a backup? You can export any list of activity tracker records by clicking the "Download CSV" button in the upper right corner. This generates a CSV file that can be opened in any spreadsheet application for further analysis or reporting.
