Bookings - Grid and Agenda View

The Bookings page in the ggLeap Admin Panel allows staff to manage reservations across all devices—PCs and consoles. You can schedule, edit, and track time-based sessions in either a visual Grid View or simplified Agenda View.

📍 Accessing the Bookings Page

From the left sidebar, click Bookings.

🧱 Grid View (Default)

The default view is a calendar-style grid, with:

  • Device Rows: Each system listed vertically by group (e.g., General Systems, VIP).
  • Time Columns: Day hours listed across the top.
  • Booking Blocks: Active reservations shown as labeled blocks (e.g., My Booking).
  • Current Time Line: A vertical green line indicates the current time.

Clicking an empty time slot opens the New Booking panel.
