ggRock Client Machine Black Screen with Mouse Cursor Only

Only A black screen with only a mouse cursor is displayed

Problem

PCs randomly display only a black screen with a mouse cursor.

Solution

Do not boot PCs with monitors turned off.

Workaround

If this issue has occurred for a given system, press CTRL+ALT+DEL and sign the system out, then sign back into Windows.
