# ggRock Fix BSOD on Reboot or Shutdown

For customers experiencing a blue screen of death (BSOD) on restart or shutdown of their system.

1. Boot or reboot a PC to your latest system image snapshot

1. In ggRock enable **Keep Writeback**after the PC reaches the ggLeap login. *(Optional)*
2. In ggLeap enable **Admin Mode** on the PC.
3. Run Command Prompt as an Administrator

1. Enter the following command and press enter after entered
2. ```
      reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power /v PlatformAoAcOverride /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
```
3. Shut down PC
4. In ggRock **Apply Writeback** to save a new snapshot
5. Reboot several available PCs to confirm the latest snapshot does not experience the BSOD issue.
