🕒 How Can I Quickly See Time to Logout (TTL)?
To quickly view a user's Time to Logout (TTL) — especially when they’re not currently logged into a PC or console — follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Open the Dashboard
From the Web Administrator, click on Dashboard and use the search bar to find the username.
2️⃣ View TTL in the Search Results
The user’s TTL will appear directly in the search result.
ℹ️ Additional Notes
- TTL is based on any “Active” offer type associated with the user’s account.
- TTL may differ from expected if the user has a promotional or time-limited offer applied.
To investigate further, click the three-dot context menu next to the user’s name and select “View Profile.”
