🧙‍♂️ Importing Users to ggLeap (Spreadsheet Method) ✨

This guide will walk you through how to prepare your data, ensure accurate formatting, and use the CSV template for a smooth import process. If anything is unclear or you need extra help, don’t hesitate to reach out to the ggCircuit Support Team.

✏️ Getting Started

🔒 View Only Mode

The original file is in “View Only” mode. To start editing:

Click the “Enable Editing” button in the ribbon bar.
This will allow you to make changes in your own copy of the spreadsheet.

✏️ Important Note: Protected Sheets & Cells

Some cells are protected to prevent accidental changes to formulas. If you attempt to edit them you will need to “Enable Editing” on the document in the ribbon bar.

  • ✅ If you're comfortable with Excel: Click “OK” to proceed.
  • ⚠️ If you're not familiar with formulas: Avoid editing protected fields to prevent errors in spreadsheet behavior.
