Troubleshooting: Web Admin Not Loading

If you're experiencing issues with the ggLeap Web Admin not loading properly, here are several steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:


1. Perform a Hard Refresh


Press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard to fully refresh the page. This is especially helpful when new code or features have been deployed, as it ensures you're loading the latest version of the site.


2. Restart the Browser


Close your browser completely, reopen it, and navigate back to the Web Admin. Keeping the site open for extended periods without refreshing or logging out can sometimes cause performance issues.


3. Restart Your Computer


A simple system reboot can often clear up any lingering cache or background processes that may be interfering with the site.


4. Update Your DNS Settings


In some regions, internet service providers (ISPs) may have DNS-related issues that impact access to the Web Admin. We recommend updating your router’s DNS settings to Google’s public DNS:


  • Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
  • Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
