# 如何处理退款

客户想要退货吗？本文将介绍您可以通过多种方式处理交易退款的方法。

### 活动跟踪器

1. 从左侧面板单击"活动跟踪器"选项卡。

2. 查找您想要退款的订单，然后单击"详情"列下的"交易"。

3. 在收据页面上单击"退款"按钮。

4. 在弹出模态框中，设置要退款的物品数量，然后单击"退款"按钮。

### 用户资料

1. 在仪表板上，使用屏幕右上角的"搜索用户"字段搜索用户。

2. 找到用户后，单击省略号（三点）图标，然后从下拉菜单中选择"查看资料"。

**注意：**  
*或者，如果用户已在PC上登录，您可以从仪表板单击其用户名。然后从下拉菜单中选择"查看资料"。这适用于仪表板的图形视图和列表视图。*

3. 在用户的资料页面上，查找"优惠"部分。它将列出用户的所有GamePass。

4. 找到需要退款的GamePass，然后单击右侧的垃圾图标。

5. 在收据页面上单击"退款"按钮。

6. 在弹出模态框中，设置要退款的GamePass数量，然后单击"退款"按钮。

**注意：**  
*用户资料方法仅适用于GamePass的退款。*

### 统计

1. 从左侧面板单击"统计"选项卡。

2. 在统计页面上，您可以使用"销售"或"收入"来查找需要退款的交易。只需单击"查看详情"即可打开记录。

**注意：**  
*如果您要查找较早的交易，可以使用"自定义范围"筛选来打开特定日期的统计记录。*

3. "销售"和"收入"都有按类别组织的报告。您可能需要仔细查看数据以找到该交易。

4. 找到交易后，单击右侧的省略号（三点）图标，然后在下拉菜单中单击"退款"。

5. 在收据页面上单击"退款"按钮。

6. 在弹出模态框中，设置要退款的物品数量，然后单击"退款"按钮。

### 客户订单

1. 从左侧面板单击"订单"选项卡。

2. 在"订单"页面上，选择"交易"。这将打开所有已完成和已退款交易的列表。

3. 找到交易后，单击右侧的省略号（三点）图标，然后在下拉菜单中单击"退款"。

4. 在收据页面上单击"退款"按钮。

5. 在弹出模态框中，设置要退款的物品数量，然后单击"退款"按钮。

### 通过旧版模式添加的时间

**注意：**

*这仅适用于使用旧版模式添加的时间。退款金额将根据**财务配置**中"通用配置"下设置的价格计算。*

1. 在仪表板上，使用屏幕右上角的"搜索用户"字段搜索用户。

2. 找到用户后，单击省略号（三点）图标，然后从下拉菜单中选择"查看资料"。

3. 在用户的资料页面上，查找"时间"部分。它将显示用户账户中有多少时间。

4. 单击省略号（三点）图标，然后从下拉菜单中选择"删除时间"。

5. 在"添加/删除时间"模态框中，选择"删除时间"并设置需要删除/退款的时间量。

6. 单击"删除"按钮以完成退款流程。
