# 机器缓慢和冻屏 - 网络线缆问题

### **问题**

同时启动多个客户端或执行需要大量带宽的任务（例如游戏更新）时，ggRock 客户端机器的性能缓慢。

### **解决方案**

检查服务器和客户端连接的网络电缆是否受损。如有必要，请更换服务器和至少一个测试机器连接到网络交换机的网络电缆。

按照 ggRock Stats Guide，请确认您的服务器是否能为您的机器提供足够的带宽。

如果根据网络流量图表，您的服务器使用的带宽从未超过 100Mbps，这表明以下情况之一：

* 网络电缆故障（服务器端）（更换网络电缆）
* 网络电缆故障（客户端）（更换网络电缆）
* 服务器 NIC 配置错误（检查 Debian 中是否安装了 NIC 驱动程序）
* 服务器连接到 100Mbps 网络端口（连接到 1000Mbps 端口）
