# ggRock 客户端机器启动卡在"未收到启动文件名"

### **问题**

启动时出现以下错误：

PXE-E53: No boot filename received 

### **解决方案**

1. 确认DHCP服务器上未配置DHCP选项66/67。
2. 如果已启用，请禁用DHCP选项66/67。
3. 尝试再次启动。
