# ggRock 客户机启动卡在"Start PXE over IPv4"

### **问题**

PXE 启动到 ggRock 服务器失败，导致尝试启动到内部驱动器或其他媒体。

### **解决方案 1**

1. 检查系统中是否有任何 USB 闪存驱动器或外部硬盘驱动器。
2. 移除找到的任何设备。
3. 尝试再次启动。

### **解决方案 2**

仅一台计算机受影响。

1. 比较非功能系统的 BIOS 设置与功能系统的 BIOS 设置。
2. 如果发现差异，请更正。
3. 尝试再次启动。
4. 为防止未经授权的 BIOS 配置更改，请设置 BIOS 密码。

### **解决方案 3**

多台计算机受影响。

1. 确保 ggRock 服务器可访问。
2. 重启网络交换机/路由器。
3. 重启 ggRock 服务器。
4. 尝试再次启动。
