# ggRock 客户端机器启动卡住，阵列已满

### **问题**

一台或多台 ggRock 客户端机器在 PXE 启动时挂起，无法进入 Windows。

ggRock Web UI 顶部出现提示数组已满的错误：

您的数组有 XX.X% 的可用空间，现已满。您应删除旧的快照并重启机器以减少回写大小。

### **解决方案**

删除游戏镜像和系统镜像上的旧快照。

1. 在 ggRock Web UI 中，点击"镜像"选项卡。

2. 点击某个镜像旁边的溢出菜单（三个竖点），然后点击"查看详情"上下文菜单项。

3. 在"详情"页面中，查看"快照"部分（注意此部分中为您的镜像显示的快照数量）。建议保留大约 10 个快照，但此数字会根据可用磁盘空间和个人偏好而有所不同。

### 检查数组可用空间

1. 在 ggRock Web UI 中，点击"数组"选项卡。

2. 在数组选项卡右上角的柱状图中查看总数组空间、已用空间、可用空间和保留空间。
