# PXE 启动故障排除

### 问题

计算机无法进行 PXE 引导，显示"No More Network Devices"或任何其他 PXE 相关错误（通常为 Exx，其中 xx 是某个数字）

1. 重启或打开机房中的任何计算机

2. PXE 引导开始后，在键盘上按 CTRL+B 访问 iPXE 命令行。

4. 在提示符处输入 config，这应该显示所有设置。

5. 选择 net0 接口，您应该能看到 IP 地址、子网掩码、文件名等字段已填入。

6. 如果在 dhcp 命令处失败或上述任何字段为空，则 DHCP 响应包有问题。

7. 如果上述所有步骤都失败，且您已验证网络上的 DHCP 功能正常，请通过右下角的紫色聊天气泡联系支持人员。
