Payment delays and grace periods
After a trial ends, the default grace period for all centers is 72 hours. The payment option may become available once the trial ends and the grace period begins.
If payment is delayed or you need more time, email sales@ggcircuit.com with your center name and subscription details. The sales team can review the payment and arrange a solution. A temporary extension may be added while the payment issue is being reviewed; one documented extension was 24 hours.
